  1. Explanation of the GRAFTABL command.
  2. It is EXTERNAL.

  4. This command will allow MS-DOS to use the 
  5. extended character set
  6. for a specific code page.
  7.  
  8. Example:
  9.        To let MS-DOS use the extended 
  10.        character set for the United
  11.        States code page type the 
  12.        following command:
  13.              graftabl 437
  14.
